Position Summary:
As an Office Administrator with DMV, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. We are seeking an individual who embodies punctuality, productivity, and a genuine passion to support the smooth running of our telecoms operations and ensure customers are billed accurately and on time. Attention to detail and exceptional telephone etiquette are prerequisites for this role. Managing customer queries, dealing with billing queries. processing sales tickets, and addressing customer complaints will be integral aspects of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies (overcharges, missing services, credits).
Monitor usage (voice, data, add-ons) to spot anomalies or potential billing issues.
Providing exemplary customer service.
Effectively handling customer complaints through to resolution.
Produce simple financial/billing reports (e.g. revenue by customer/service, non-payers, overdue accounts) for management.
Responding to customer queries via email and phone.
Updating and monitoring relevant CRM systems.
Prepare, issue and reconcile customer invoices for telecoms services.
Ensure all services are billed accurately and on time.
Cross-check supplier invoices and usage data to confirm billing accuracy and profit margins.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a relevant role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data and billing.
Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Confident with numbers and comfortable working with invoices, spreadsheets and reports.
Proficiency in MS Office and ICT skills.
Outstanding telephone and email etiquette.
Confident, outgoing, and bubbly personality.
Reliability, dedication, punctuality, and commitment to the company's growth objectives.
Future Prospects:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into a Team Leader/Management role.
