Job Description

As a Telecommunications & Electronics Work Center Manager, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of a wide range of telecommunications and electronic systems. You will oversee daily operations of the work center, ensuring all service requests, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting activities are executed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards. Your role will involve prioritizing work orders, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to guarantee timely completion of projects and uninterrupted support to critical communications infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring technical staff, developing training programs, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will be accountable for maintaining accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments, vendors, and contractors to coordinate installations, upgrades, and repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and electronics, proven leadership experience, and excellent problem-solving skills. An associate's or bachelor's degree in electronics, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications.
