Job Purpose



We are seeking a professional and motivated

Customer Service Advisor

to join our team within the telecommunications sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our business customers, delivering a high level of service, and ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the first point of contact for business customers, providing prompt and accurate responses to queries via telephone, email, and online channels. Handle account-related enquiries, service requests, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system. Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide clear guidance and support to customers on telecommunications products, services, and solutions. Meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and contribute to achieving departmental performance targets.

Skills & Experience



Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within telecommunications or a related industry (desirable but not essential). Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to adapt style to suit business customers. Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional approach to managing challenging situations. High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling customer accounts and information. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional manner. Proficiency in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
