Telecoms Engineers - PON Build (Openreach Network)

We're seeking experienced Telecoms Engineers with a strong background in Passive Optical Network (PON) builds on the Openreach network. If you hold the right accreditations and have a passion for delivering high-quality fibre infrastructure, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end PON build and installation across the Openreach network Working on overhead and underground networks Ensuring all work complies with Openreach standards and health & safety regulations Accurate documentation and reporting of completed works
Essential Accreditations

Candidates will ideally hold the following valid Openreach and industry certifications:

K008 - UG Cabling K009 - OH Cabling N027 - UG Sub Duct & Cable Install N028 - OH Cable Install MT003 IPAFF - MEWP Operation SA001 - Safety Awareness SA002 - Underground Safety SA010 - Fibre Optic Cabling SA051C - Blown Fibre STREETWORKS - NRSWA Units (Operative/Supervisor)
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in PON builds on the Openreach network Strong understanding of fibre technologies and network architecture Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Full UK driving licence
