This is a pivotal, hands-on role where you will transform technical knowledge into

practical, deployable skills

across crucial workstreams, from

Fibre Deployment

to

Civils Engineering.

Expert Classroom Sessions:

Delivering engaging training material and establishing instant credibility.

On-the-Job Coaching:

Providing essential, targeted support and practical coaching for both new hires and experienced teams out in the field.

Safety Leadership:

Ensuring all training adheres to the highest Health & Safety standards, making safety a core value.

You'll be a role model for the Comex 2000 culture, identifying learning trends, tracking progress, and providing essential feedback to continually elevate our training programs.
