WE'RE HIRING
Port Talbot
Telehandler
Day to Day duties include:
Operate Telehandler for, lifting and loading tasks.*
Conduct pre-start checks, routine inspections, and basic maintenance to ensure the machine is safe and serviceable.*
Safe operation of plant machinery, according to training and OEM guidelines.*
Completion of daily walk around checks and inspections, according to OEM recommendations.*
Ensuring plant remains in good condition and free from damage.*
Ensuring all working hours are captured on the assigned time sheet and approved by the customer representative*
Ensure efficient use of fuel, materials and equipment to minimise waste and maximize machine efficiency.*
Key Skills:
Proven experience in operating Telehandlers in a construction or civil engineering environment.*
Awareness of lifting operations, exclusion zones, and safe working limits of Telehandler*
Other considerations
Valid CPCS/NPORS certification for relevant plant CSCS Logo Required
CSCS Card (where required)
Full UK driving license (desirable)
Lifting Operations Training (desirable)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 17.29-17.30 per hour
Expected hours: 48 per week
Work Location: In person
