Job Overview
We are seeking a Telehandler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a telehandler .
Responsibilities
Operate the telehandler to lift and transport materials, ensuring safe handling at all times. Perform routine maintenance checks on the telehandler to ensure it is in good working condition. Assist with loading and unloading materials from lorries and other vehicles. Work closely with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate material movements. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Identify potential hazards on-site and take appropriate action to mitigate risks. Support other construction activities as required, including digging and site preparation.
Experience
Proven experience operating telehandlers or similar machinery is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment. Experience in commercial driving is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols is beneficial. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekend availability
