About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Part-Time Telemarketing Executive
to join our team at our Caerphilly office. This role is suited to someone with proven telemarketing experience who is confident speaking to businesses, generating leads, and supporting ongoing sales and outreach activity.You will be responsible for outbound calling, updating our CRM system, and ensuring telemarketing activity aligns with other ongoing business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Making outbound B2B calls to existing and prospective clients Generating and qualifying leads Accurately logging call outcomes and contact details in
Zoho CRM
(training provided) Coordinating telemarketing activity with other ongoing business and promotional activity Maintaining a professional and confident telephone manner at all timesAbout You
Previous telemarketing experience is essential
Fluent in English
, with excellent verbal communication skills Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking on the phone Well organised with good attention to detail Able to workfrom our Caerphilly office
Comfortable using CRM systems (Zoho experience an advantage, but not required)Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
