As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to contribute to our company's growth. Proficiency in English is highly desirable, as it will enable you to engage with a broader audience.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings and address any queries.
Utilise Salesforce or similar software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer responses, and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to assist in refining sales strategies.
Requirements
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is required.
Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is beneficial.
Ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude towards achieving targets and contributing to team success.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
