Job title: Remote Telemarketer -- Dental Patient Bookings (Hot Leads)

Salary: 12.50-15 per hour + monthly bonuses

Location: Remote (UK); rota to cover 7 days, 8am-8pm for our London dental clinics

About the role

You'll work new hot leads from ads, web forms and referrals, call quickly, ask the right discovery questions, educate patients, and book them in with the right clinician. You'll live in the CRM and love targets.

What you'll do

Call/respond to enquiries within SLA; speed-to-lead focus. Qualify needs (whitening, Invisalign, bonding, implants, emergencies); set expectations & next steps. Book appointments, take deposits where applicable, and send confirmations. Pipeline hygiene: note-taking, tags, and follow-ups to drive show and conversion. Hit daily and weekly booking targets and run-rates; collaborate with in-clinic TCOs.
About you

Proven telemarketing or call-centre sales experience (healthcare a plus). Friendly, persuasive communicator; handles objections with empathy. Disciplined with CRMs, scripts, and compliance. Comfortable working to targets and weekends/evenings on a rota.
KPIs

Speed-to-lead: first attempt ? 10 minutes during coverage Booking rate from hot leads: ? 45-55% Show-rate: ? 75-85% (with deposit reminders & SMS) Dials/touches per lead and pipeline SLA compliance maintain consistency rate
About you:

- primary sales experience and phone call experience

proven evidence of meeting targets and run rates
