The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our Head Office team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in solar energy and book sales appointments with eligible individuals. No cold calling--you'll be contacting people who have already shown an interest in our products.
This role will be working from Tuesday to Fridays 12pm to 8pm in the evenings and Saturdays 10am to 4:30pm
Your key responsibilities will include:
Making outbound calls to potential customers interested in solar energy.
Scheduling appointments for the sales team to conduct consultations.
Ensuring a high contact-to-appointment booking ratio, as this is the critical KPI for this role.
Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries about our products.
Liaising with the sales team and customers from the head office.
Working collaboratively with your team to meet targets and provide excellent customer service.
This dynamic and fast-paced role requires adaptability, quick learning, and a strong focus on achieving results.

Required Skills:
While experience in the solar industry is a plus, it's not required--we provide full training. However, we do expect the following:
Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Good telephone etiquette.
