Position Overview:

We are now looking for a

Telemarketing & Marketing Assistant

to join our UK team in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for a

college or university graduate

looking to start a career in marketing and business development.

This office-based role focuses on supporting the

sales department

by generating new leads, nurturing prospects, promoting our products, and providing

administrative support

to the sales team. You will help drive engagement with potential customers for both

Unit Handling

and

Bulk Handling

solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

outbound telemarketing

campaigns to new and existing prospects. Identify, qualify, and manage new sales leads for the Rulmeca UK sales team. Assist in the creation and posting of

social media content

across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms. Support marketing campaigns, including email marketing, newsletters, and online promotions. Provide

administrative support

to the internal sales team, including preparing reports, updating CRM records, and coordinating communications. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging, campaigns, and lead-generation strategies. Support marketing and sales projects and events as required.

Key Skills & Experience

A

marketing qualification

(A-level, college, or university) is desirable but not essential. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

. Comfortable using

MS Office applications

; experience with

CRM systems

is a plus. Interest in

social media platforms

and digital marketing. Highly organised, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Enthusiasm for industrial, unit handling, or bulk handling products is advantageous.
