Key Responsibilities
Call and qualify
inbound enquiries
to understand their needs and book appropriate sales appointments
Provide a professional and friendly first impression of the company
Record all lead details and outcomes accurately in our CRM (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
Work closely with the field sales team to ensure smooth handover of booked appointments
Follow up with previous enquiries to maximise conversion opportunities
Meet and exceed weekly targets for qualified appointments
Earn bonuses based on successful sales from the appointments you arrange
Skills & Experience
Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred (but full training provided)
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Highly organised, with good attention to detail when logging information
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a bonus
A positive attitude, self-motivated and driven to hit targets
