Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic person to join our successful sales and marketing team. Your duties will be to contact customers we have visited to carry out customer care calls to see if there is any further assistance we can offer customers. Also to call through existing data and make new appointments for our sales team.

The successful applicant will have experience in customer care calling, ideally for the double glazing industry.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services. Maintain accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved using our software. Engage with potential clients in a professional manner, ensuring clear communication of product benefits. Follow up on leads generated from various marketing campaigns. Skills

Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is highly desirable. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is an advantage. Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Strong persuasive abilities with a focus on achieving results. Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers over the phone. Highly organised with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping. A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
