Debt Recovery Plus (employing over 90 people) is part of the Bristow & Sutor Group Specialists in the debt resolution of outstanding parking charges

Based in great offices just off the M60 in Denton (Tameside)

Position

What is the role?

Takes ownership of all queries to resolve outstanding parking charges from individuals

dealing with inbound calls to achieve first call resolution

Managing admin work to include some outbound dialling on a daily basis

Managing difficult conversations with respect and able to achieve all quality guidelines

Using in house CRM systems to take payments, set up payment plans and record all interactions

Using knowledge base and SharePoint to ensure transparent information is provided to callers

Achieving and exceeding personal and team KPI's

Confident in all aspects of customer communication both verbally and written.

Ability to demonstrate the company values of Respect - Integrity - Transparency and Accountability

Other information

Basic Salary of 23,810 with OTE of 28k and realistic earnings of 32K

37.5 hours a week on a rota between 8.00am and 6pm

Full-Time permanent position

Extensive training and Academy programme

Please note, this is a full-time, permanent role and applicants must be able to work the full range of shift patterns applicable to the role


The successful applicant would be required to undertake a DBS and CCJ check before an offer of employment is made.
