We are looking for a friendly, reliable and professional Telephone Customer Service Assistant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and handle customer enquiries in a polite and helpful manner.
Assist customers arriving to drop off their cars by providing clear instructions and support.
Welcome returning customers and guide them through the collection process.
Ensure customers have all the information they need for a smooth experience.
Handle basic administrative tasks related to bookings and customer records.
Work closely with the team to maintain high standards of service at all times.
What We're Looking For:
? Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
? Friendly, professional attitude with good problem-solving skills.
? Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
? Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential -- training will be provided.
? Good time management and reliability.
