Debt Solutions Advisor

who is compassionate, professional, and motivated to make a real difference.

What You'll Do



Provide tailored debt advice and solutions by phone, email, or chat Assess financial situations with accuracy and empathy Support vulnerable customers with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring they are treated fairly and respectfully Guide clients through the full advice journey with reassurance and clear communication Ensure all advice meets FCA regulations and Consumer Duty standards Maintain accurate records and uphold strict confidentiality Join a great team working onsite at our offices in Chadderton

What We're Looking For



Previous experience in debt solutions advice, financial services, or a customer-facing role Confident communicator with excellent listening skills Able to demonstrate empathy, especially when supporting vulnerable clients Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment Awareness of FCA Consumer Duty and best practices in dealing with vulnerability (training provided)
