We are seeking an immediate start from 13th November. The hours of work are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, a Temporary position for 2 weeks. Between 17th November - 28th November. This could be extended for the right candidate.
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Call Handler to join our team. The Handler will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and it's clients. This position involves handling various calls into the business, maintaining organisation within the excel spreadsheet, a quick typing hand and good communication on the phone is key for this role . in return we offer a comfortable, warm and welcome environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Call handling.
Inputing information onto a spreadsheet
Experience
Previous experience on the telephone is key
Strong comminication skills
Use of excel spreadsheets and basic knowledge of computers
