Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team.

Part time, flexible hours could suit back to work parents:

Minimum hours are Monday to Friday 0830am to 1230pm (4hrs daily) / but maybe a few extra hours available Tues/Weds/Thurs. Salary listed is the base hour rate. Commission is also added & is additional to the base salary.

You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to support our sales efforts.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services. Manage leads, track interactions, and update customer information. Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Maintain a positive attitude while handling rejection and striving to meet daily call targets. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts. Record detailed notes on customer interactions and follow up as necessary.

Qualifications

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with businesses. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and improving sales strategies.
