As a telephone operator, you will be a vital part of our communication system, handling incoming and outgoing calls, transferring calls to the appropriate people, providing excellent customer service skills. We do require your knowledge of the local area to be at a high standard. Your computer literacy will be essential for navigating our phone and booking system and responding to emails. Training will be provided.
You will be on a probation period to start with before you are employed by us. Your pay will increase once you have been accepted for the position.
All work is on a computer, so MUST be computer literate.
