Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Capital Cleaning Supplies. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding customer service while managing administrative tasks. Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain our high standards of service.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and deal with queries and order taking.
Managing our email sales enquiry platform
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Updating customer pricing and admin tasks for customer quotes
Reconciling fuel card invoices and entering onto Sage 200
Tracking and making claims for courier queries
Creating new products codes as required
Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Sage Experience preferred but not essential.
Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Familiarity with Excel and data manipulation.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Receptive to change and willing to take on further tasks as required.
