The Role
We're looking for a team player to join our busy sales office. You'll answer calls from customers, process orders and make sure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery.
You may also help in the warehouse or cover deliveries when needed -- adaptability is key.
What You'll Do
Answer calls & process orders accurately
Check stock availability, pricing & confirm delivery times
Process payments for customers
Provide product info & resolve queries
Liaise with warehouse & drivers when necessary
Help in warehouse/deliveries when required
About You
Confident, clear telephone manner
Strong attention to detail
A good listener, quick to pick up and retain instruction
Adaptable & open to learning new skills
Tyre trade knowledge or experience is a bonus, but not essential
IT literate, Microsoft office skills beneficial (Excel)
Be able to switch between tasks quickly when calls are inbound
Full UK driving licence preferred

Every second Saturday, 8:30am-12:30pm
