What you'll be doing
Handling enquiries from clients and business partners
Following up on leads and using a consultative sales approach to close
Owning a lead pipeline of partner and D2C leads
Providing accurate and timely quotes
Delivering end to end excellent customer service
Meeting and exceed individual and team performance targets
Collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in how we work
What we're looking for
Qualifications are desirable but not essential, we are looking for individuals with some of the following experience:
B2B sales experience
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM
Experience in a professional services sales environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
The type of person you'll be:
A Strong communicator--clear, empathetic, and confident
A proactive, solutions-focused individual
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience in probate, legal services, or estate administration
A passion for making a difference in people's lives

Hiring process - what to expect

Initial chat - A short call with one of our team to get to know you better. There will be some element of competency here but we aim for it to be more conversational. (30mins)
Interview - This is your competency based interview with the hiring manager(s)(up to 60mins) .
Feedback - We will contact you following your interview, typically within 1 week.
