Join Our Customer Contact Team at EMG Motor Group!

An exciting opportunity has become available within our Customer Contact Team, based in the heart of EMG Motor Group based in our Ipswich branch.

About the Role:

As part of our busy and friendly team, your responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally Making outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction Creating MOT voucher invoices Group administration tasks, including updating our website and third-party platforms Handling franking and mail merges for the group Distributing emails to the appropriate departments Maintaining accurate call logs for each department Inputting and updating GDPR records for the group
What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a motivated individual with:

Previous experience in customer service, delivering exceptional client care and handling requests efficiently Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to resolve customer concerns The ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent telephone and written communication skills Experience working with IT packages and customer databases High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data entry Confidence in working independently and as part of a team A stable employment history demonstrating loyalty and commitment
Office, call centre, or customer service experience is essential for this role. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

Hours:



Monday - Friday, between 8am - 6pm



Saturdays (1 in 4, as part of a rota)
