Telephone Sales Account Executive

to join us!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, is self-motivated, enjoys working to targets and wants to drive business success.

This person will handle enquiries from and reach out to:

Builders and contractors Developers and architects Homeowners (for smaller jobs or residential pours)
Their main goal is to secure orders while maintaining great relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handling all incoming calls, web enquiries, and emails. Qualifying leads (project size, mix requirements, delivery location, etc.). Preparing and sending quotations. Following up on quotes and turning them into confirmed orders. Coordinating with the operations or dispatch. Logging all interactions in the CRM or sales system. Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote and upsell our products/services Proactively follow up on quotes and leads -- including outbound calls -- to secure new orders and build relationships.

What We're Looking For:

Someone that can sell! Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or account management (preferred) Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively Strong organizational and time-management skills Confident using systems Positive attitude, resilience, and a growth mindset

Salary:

Base Salary alongside incentive -- the more you sell, the more you earn!
