Telesales Assistant - Full Time (No Cold Calling!)
Location:
Express Foodservice HQ (parking available)Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10am-5pm (optional Saturday hours)Join the fast-paced and friendly team at Express Foodservice, one of the South Coast's top food wholesalers supplying takeaways, restaurants, schools, and more.
This position is initially to cover maternity leave, but for the right candidate, it could lead to a permanent full-time contract.
We're looking for a confident and reliable person to help look after our loyal customers over the phone. No experience is needed -- just a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
What you'll be doing:
Taking regular customer orders by phone and email (no cold calling -- these are our existing customers) Supporting our delivery drivers by taking card payments from customers to help keep the lorries moving throughout the day Answering product and stock enquiries Looking for opportunities to upsell or introduce new products to help grow customer sales
