Summary

We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong command of the English language, or native-level fluency. who are based in Southampton to join our dynamic team at Go Green .

In this role, you will be instrumental in booking survey appointments for our surveying team, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering top-notch home improvement services.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to schedule survey appointments. Utilise CRM software to track interactions and manage leads effectively. Collaborate with the surveying team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling. Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment booking targets. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in telemarketing or B2B sales. Strong communication skills in English Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
