At Gala Tent, the Sales Advisor plays a pivotal role in driving our business success by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our product offerings to both new and existing clients. The Sales Advisor is responsible for managing client inquiries, guiding customers through our product range, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to understand their needs and recommend suitable Gala Tent products.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a sales advisor or similar role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of motivation and drive to meet sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote Gala Tent products. Provide feedback from customers to the product development team to help in enhancing product offerings.
