The role is office based, speaking with potential clients offering them life changing careers.

On a day-to-day basis you will be expected to follow up appointments to convert enquiries to sales, offering our wide range of courses in a friendly and approachable manner.

Main roles and responsibilities
Finalising sales
Updating and maintaining the CRM system
Approaching leads through phone and email on a day-to-day basis
Following up appointments from our CRM database.
Listening to the needs of the customer.
Working towards daily, weekly and monthly targets
Candidates Requirements
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, like minded individual with a desire to thrive and succeed in sales.
Confidently make and answer calls in a professional manner whilst adhering to company policies and following best practices.
Must have a proven track record in Telesales or Field Sales
Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
A flair for great customer service
IT literate
Strong administration skills
Well organised with ability to process data quickly and accurately
