Telesales and Customer Service Executive - Full Time/Permanent

Location:

Hannah Foods Service, Skelmersdale

Salary: 23,809.50 per annum, salary review after a successful completion of a

6-month probation period.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday | Flexible start time between 08:00am and 09:00am.

Contracted Hours:

40:00 hours per week, 37:5 hours per week paid

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound sales calls

Build long-term customer relationships

Identify and grow new sales opportunities

Accurately process orders

Hit (and exceed!) sales targets

Stay updated on industry trends & products

Maintain customer records using SAP

What We're Looking For

1+ year in sales/customer service (foodservice/FMCG a bonus)

Confident communicator and relationship builder

Target-driven with a track record of success

Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

SAP and Microsoft Office skills

Team player with a positive attitude
