GHC Global Ltd is an ambitious and expanding business based in Smethwick, Birmingham. We operate in the workwear, safety products, and industrial supplies sector. As we grow our online and offline sales presence, we're looking for a motivated individual to take on a combined role in telesales and e-commerce operations.

Role Overview:

This hybrid position involves making outbound sales calls, nurturing B2B relationships, and managing online listings, customer enquiries, and orders across our e-commerce platforms (including websites and marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and others).

Key Responsibilities:Telesales:

Call new and existing customers to introduce products, generate leads, and secure sales. Follow up on warm leads, email enquiries, and trade show contacts. Upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs. Record and track calls, sales activity, and results.

E-commerce:

Upload and maintain product listings on company websites and marketplaces. Handle online customer enquiries, returns, and reviews professionally. Monitor stock levels and update listings accordingly. Support marketing campaigns and product launches.

Requirements:

Experience in telesales, online sales, or customer service preferred. Understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay (training can be provided). Strong spoken and written English. Comfortable using computers, email, Excel, and online admin tools. Confident, energetic, and able to work independently or in a team.
