What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering excellent service to customers, both over the phone and face-to-face.

Processing sales orders and enquiries accurately and efficiently.

Serving trade counter customers and helping them find the right solutions.

Building strong relationships and understanding customer needs.

What We're Looking For:

A positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.

Clear communication skills and a friendly approach.

A team player who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Experience in electrical wholesale is a bonus, but not essential - we'll support the right person to learn.

Product knowledge or familiarity with industry terms is helpful but not required.
