Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

Hivebyte Technology is seeking a confident and motivated Telesales Appointment Setter and Field Sales Agent to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong cold calling and field sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Working from our Manchester office, you will contact businesses across the UK to book face-to-face appointments with decision-makers. Once on-site, your goal will be to deliver a professional pitch that highlights how Hivebyte Technology's web design services can improve their online presence, increase conversions, and enhance business performance. Each appointment aims to secure both the client's signature and payment. You will be responsible for cold calling data, qualifying businesses, and building relationships with potential clients. The right candidate will be confident when speaking to business owners, skilled at overcoming objections, and able to fact-find effectively. You will need to create urgency, build curiosity, and communicate the value of our services in a clear and compelling way.

To succeed in this position, you must have proven B2B experience in both cold calling and field sales. You must also be money-motivated, tenacious, and results-focused. This role requires your own car and a full UK driving licence, as travel is an essential part of the position.
