We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our internal sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to engage with customers over the phone, ensuring a positive experience that aligns with our brand values.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving lead conversion rates.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine sales approaches.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets while maintaining high-quality communication standards.
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills .
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
