Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Present and promote products or services clearly and confidently Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system Follow up on leads and handle customer inquiries professionally Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies

Person Specification:



Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Friendly and professional telephone manner
