Telesales Call Centre

and are looking for a driven, experienced

Assistant Manager

to help lead and motivate our sales team from our Paisley head office.

Your Role

As Telesales Assistant Manager, you'll support the Call Centre Manager in developing and leading a motivated telesales team. This is a

hands-on leadership role

where you'll coach, inspire, and drive performance while also contributing to personal sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate a team of Telesales Executives Support training and onboarding of new team members Monitor performance and achieve key KPIs and call targets Lead by example -- booking qualified sales appointments Ensure team compliance, professionalism, and customer satisfaction

About You

We're looking for an energetic leader with a passion for telesales, people development, and results.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience

managing or supervising a telesales or call centre team

Experience with call centre

dialler systems and CRM tools

Confident in

sales coaching, performance management, and motivation

Strong

communication and organisational skills

Knowledge of

Scottish geography

for effective diary scheduling Goal-oriented, driven, and positive attitude
