Starting Salary:

26,457 (rising to 27,248 after full training)

What's the Role?

This is a

fast-paced, phone-based sales role

. You'll be working in our

Cheadle Branch

, calling out to

new and potential trade customers

-- such as plumbers, builders, and tilers -- to introduce them to Clifton Trade Bathrooms.

You'll be

generating leads and building interest

in our products and services, and passing these leads to our local branches to follow up and convert.

This is not a customer service job -- it's sales-focused and target-driven.

What the Job Really Looks Like:

Make outbound calls to local and regional tradespeople to introduce our branch location and products You'll make around

70 calls per day

, mostly cold calls to tradespeople who haven't shopped with us before. From this, you want 30 connected calls to open 3-5 new accounts per day. You'll need to

spark their interest quickly

, explain what Clifton can offer them (great prices, service, stock), and encourage them to try us out. Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, organized with a growth mindset and target-driven approach. Your job is to

open the door

-- not to close the sale. That part is handled by Account managers

Who We're Looking For:

Someone with

a strong phone presence

who can handle tough conversations and keep going Confident,

, and able to bounce back from rejection Organised, focused, and consistent in hitting daily call numbers Positive attitude and team mindset Previous phone-based or sales experience is a bonus, but not essential --

Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Wednesday - Thursday: 8:00AM - 5:15 PM Friday: 8. AM - 4:00 PM Saturdays 9:00AM- 1:00PM
