Role Overview
The
Telesales Consultant
will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to Binghatti's luxury real estate offerings, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and a client-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients to promote Binghatti's luxury property portfolio.
Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of client needs and investment goals.
Schedule appointments or online meetings for senior sales executives to close deals.
Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes using the CRM system.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and represent the Binghatti brand professionally at all times.
Follow up on marketing campaigns, event leads, or website inquiries.
Keep up-to-date with property listings, features, pricing, and promotions.
Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a call center environment, ideally within real estate, luxury products, or investment services.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales mindset and ability to handle objections professionally.
Confident, driven, and target-oriented.
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
