ABOUT THE ROLE:



We're looking for a Telesales / Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and fast-paced team. You'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers -- speaking with individuals, retailers and distilleries, helping with enquiries, processing orders and supporting sales activity.

We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, can build positive relationships quickly and takes pride in delivering great service. You'll need to be organised, confident on the phone and able to handle multiple enquiries at once. If you have a passion for helping customers, enjoy problem-solving and like working in a busy environment, this could be the role for you.

WORKING HOURS:



Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm

What You'll Be Doing



Handling inbound customer enquiries by phone and email. Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers to support sales activity. Giving customers accurate product information and helping them choose the right items. Processing orders, quotes and related paperwork with attention to detail. Keeping customers updated on their order status and resolving any issues. Working closely with internal teams such as production, sales, engraving and dispatch. Maintaining good relationships with both retail and business customers. Updating customer records using company systems and supporting general admin tasks.

What We Are Looking For



Experience in telesales or customer service is a strong advantage. A confident telephone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly. Someone organised who can handle several tasks or enquiries at once. Comfortable talking with customers, colleagues and external partners. Strong written communication skills for clear and professional emails. Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Good at problem-solving and handling customer issues calmly and professionally. Able to follow instructions but also work independently when needed. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine interest in great service.
