What will you be doing as a Telesales Executive:
Working in support of field-based account managers, you will be assisting a variety of high profile and well-known organisations across the region. Duties will include:

• Maintaining, developing and maximising the opportunities from customers on your own customer base
• Dealing with a mixture of inbound and outbound customer calls to generate and process orders
• Upselling to customers to increase order value, introducing new promotions and products
• Working to individual promotional and new product targets
• Developing sales opportunities in the account base by analysis of data and account statistics
• Working with company criteria for account trading and minimise losses through close account management and liaising with the field sales team

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following Skills and Experience:

• Previous office-based phone experience, ideally in a similar Telesales, Sales Order Processing or other Sales Support-based role however this isn\'t essential
• The ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build excellent customer relationships
• Target driven
• Friendly, positive and upbeat team player
• Comfortable with Word, Excel and email
