Telesales Executive - High Earning Potential & Uncapped Commission

Basic Salary: 25,000 + Uncapped Commission | Year One OTE: 29,000-40,000+

Location: London Bridge | Full-Time | Office-Based

What You'll Be Doing

As a Telesales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving revenue by selling delegate places for our events. You will:

Sell delegate tickets to warm leads and generate new opportunities Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to pitching to closing Build and maintain relationships with senior executives across industries Research markets and trends to refine sales strategies Write engaging sales emails and LinkedIn messages to attract prospects Maximise earnings through upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business Attend and network at live events, ensuring an excellent delegate experience Collaborate with colleagues to optimise lead generation and conversions
Who We're Looking For

We want ambitious, resilient salespeople who thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments. Ideally, you'll bring:

Minimum 1 year's experience in a sales-focused office or call centre role A confident, professional phone manner and persuasive communication skills GCSEs (B/6 or above) in English & Maths, plus strong A-Levels The ability to work under pressure and smash targets A self-motivated, proactive approach and hunger for success Strong organisational skills and a solid work ethic
