Capture incoming calls and process orders to specific Minimum Order Value requirements
Capture e mail and portal orders
Direct incoming calls to various departments within the business
Outbound Calls - i.e. action daily call queues at specified times
Complete Booking-in forms
Promote new lines to increase order value and product range
Promote daily must sell and STS to customers to avoid wastage
Maintain excellent customer service levels
Carry out efficient administration
Communicate back orders/discrepancies on a daily basis
Any other duties which may be required within the role
Information Management
Accurately record and store information
Obtain and evaluate information to assist decision-making in reducing costs
Liaise with Account Managers and internal departments
Health and Safety Responsibilities
Be aware of and follow relevant health and safety policy, procedures and instructions.
Contribute to a safe working environment.
Report to direct manager any Health & Safety Hazard or accidents.
