Telesales Executive - 24,024 Basic + Uncapped Commission (40k OTE)

Based in Stoke-on-Trent - 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)

What You'll Be Doing:

Speaking with inbound and outbound leads -- no cold calling
Conduct virtual design consultations with customers

Advise on design concepts, materials and colour schemes

Using our design software to bring customer ideas to life Closing sales and hitting targets (with great commission potential)
What You'll Need:

Proven track record in sales (non-retail preferred) Confident, friendly, and customer-first approach Strong organisation and communication skills Comfort with basic maths for measurements and quotes A keen interest in home interiors and design trends
