We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team based in Swadlincote as a Telesales Executive.
Job Role:
Your key responsibilities will include:
To identify and secure new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers.
Ensure all communication is recorded and leads are chased within agreed time frame
Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve call and sales targets ultimately contributing to the company's growth.
Support other departments and have a cross-departmental attitude
Provide sales updates to senior management
In addition to Telesales, you may be required to help in the Sales Department
Taking calls
Processing customers orders, invoices and dealing with queries.
Trade counter sales
General office admin
Admin on company website
Qualifications:
What we are looking for:
Must have knowledge of Office 365 (excel, word & outlook)
Professional approach to all daily tasks
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
The ability to build good business relationships with our customers
A history of working in the industry or in a sales/admin role
2 years recent and proven sales experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Working Hours: 10am - 2pm Monday-Friday
Must be flexible to cover busy periods and holiday cover.
