Telesales Executive - Uxbridge
Newstaff Employment is recruiting for a Telesales Executive to join a dynamic and progressive business based in Uxbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company where you'll receive excellent training and support. Full-time or part-time hours are available, making this role ideal for someone seeking flexibility (school hours can also be accommodated). Candidates must live within a 5-mile radius of Uxbridge.

? Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (full-time or part-time available)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own pipeline of leads and opportunities
• Cold call to schedule meetings and appointments
• Sell low-level products over the phone when required
• Chase up order forms and follow up with prospects
• Record and update data on the CRM system
• Conduct follow-up mailings to client prospects
• Carry out general administrative tasks as required

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous cold calling experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Enthusiastic, positive, and resilient
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a drive to succeed
