Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads that contribute to the growth of our business. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively. There may also be the opportunity to move on to field sales after a successful probationary period.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest. Utilise CRM software, to manage leads and track interactions efficiently. Maintain a high level of professionalism while communicating with clients over the phone. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts. Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to assist in refining sales tactics. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets while maintaining quality interactions.

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. Strong communication skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients over the phone. A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment. Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
