We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Telesales, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to support our sales team. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, as it will enable you to connect with a broader range of customers.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to generate interest and leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions using Salesforce software.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous customer inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads into the sales process.
Meet or exceed daily call targets while maintaining quality standards in communication.
Requirements
Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
Ability to engage effectively with potential customers and build rapport quickly.
A proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets and contributing to team success.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
