I am working in partnership with this reputable and exciting organisation to recruit for a number of Telesales Advisors. The role of Telesales involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to promote services and products. Based onsite in Walsall, you will contribute to business growth by delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

• Proactively engage with potential customers via phone to introduce and promote company products and services.
• Conduct timely and effective follow-ups with prospects who have shown interest in our offerings.
• Consistently achieve and strive to exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
• Accurately update and manage customer records in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support business goals and sales initiatives.
• Take full ownership and accountability for personal sales performance and outcomes.
• Foster a positive and energetic team environment, contributing to a fun and supportive workplace culture.

A successful Telesales professional should have:

• Proven experience making high-volume outbound calls (100+ per day) and successfully closing sales over the phone.
• A minimum of 12-18 months' experience in cold calling or outbound telesales.
• Experience in B2B sales is preferred, or demonstrated success working with limited data where conversion rates are critical.
• For remote candidates: prior experience in a high-performing home-based telesales environment is essential.
• Confident, assertive, and engaging communicator who can build rapport quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient and target-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
• Remains calm and effective when working under pressure.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering value and maintaining relationships.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Sound understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using CRM systems to manage customer data and sales activity.
