Job Description
Panks Auto Electrical are looking for an Telesales Operative to work in our very successful and friendly team. You would need to be a team player and have great customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner.
Main Duties would include:
Manage both in- and out-bound calls to and from customers Vehicle Registration lookups Looking up parts/part numbers, identifying parts required Raising Invoices Representing the company in a positive manner, being polite & courteous Developing product knowledge Working on the trade counter, welcoming customers & assisting with enquires
We would be looking for someone with the following skills & experience:
Numerate, literate and good computer skills Good team worker Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner Attention to detail
Working hours would be between 8.30am -5.30pm and working a 42.5 hours per week with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break.
There would be a 3-6 month probationary period, then permanent for the right candidate.
