Silvercrest Energy Group Ltd is growing FAST -- and we're looking for experienced

solar sales professionals

to join our high-performing telesales team based in Caerphilly.

If you've sold solar before and love the thrill of closing a deal while helping homeowners save money and improve energy efficiency -- we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Making outbound calls to cold leads with strong reliable data Speaking directly with decision-makers (homeowners) Promoting the benefits of solar energy clearly and confidently Handling objections and guiding customers toward next steps (survey/quote) Updating CRM with accurate notes and customer insights Hitting daily, weekly & monthly sales KPIs

You MUST Have

At least

1 year of experience selling solar over the phone

Proven ability to

book appointments

or

close over the phone

Confident and clear communication style Resilience, motivation and drive to smash targets Experience using basic systems/CRMs for call tracking A positive attitude and desire to be part of a winning team
